1. You must provide a name (but not a name like "SwEeT_ChIcK_1878732" please -_-; At least make it a real nickname like "Jumpy" or something, a valid e-mail address, and the name of the country in which you live.

2. You do not need to have a site to join but they are accepted. If you do run a site, you must place one of the codes on your site right after joining. If the code is not up when I check then I will not add your URL.

3. No websites which promote pornography, racism, or other questionable material will be listed.

4. Do not directly link any of the codes!!
